Our Story

Born in the gyms, built for the world stage

Monarch Champions is the elite sports division of Monarch Events & Promotions, built around a simple belief: Africa has the talent to produce world champions, but too many exceptional fighters lack the structure, opportunities and resources required to reach the highest level.

Monarch Champions takes a full-career approach to professional boxing. From training camps, sparring and athlete development to matchmaking, contracts, sanctioning, travel, visas, media and commercial partnerships, we manage the details that allow fighters to focus on what matters most — performing at their highest level.

Operating across Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom, we promote championship boxing under the Monarch banner while developing a carefully selected roster of fighters with the ambition, talent and discipline to compete for world honours.

What We Do

Four Corners

A fighter needs more than a coach and a date. Monarch covers every side of the career, so the athlete only has to worry about the twelve rounds in front of them.

Scouting, signing and career planning. We map the route to a title and choose every opponent along it with a purpose.

We stage our own shows. Championship boxing and live music on one bill, in venues that turn a fight into a night out.

Sponsorship, endorsements, media training and content. A fighter's earning years are short, so the brand has to outlive the record.

The sports division opens

Monarch Champions launches as the elite sports arm, with a mandate to identify, manage and launch the careers of exceptional athletes across Africa and beyond.

Chapter Three

King of the Ring

The flagship event format arrives — championship boxing blended with live music, taking the Monarch name to Bukom Boxing Arena and beyond.

Chapter Four

Champions on the books

Victor Beneth signs as ABU Champion and Tasif Khan joins as WBC Silver Super Flyweight Champion, giving the roster titles on two continents.
